A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We’ll move your website(s) to our first–class cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that swapping hosting providers can lead to lost data and unnecessary downtime. That’s the reason why we’ll accomplish all that for you at no cost!We have practiced administrators whose main responsibility is to make sure that your site functions precisely as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on popular web applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: We try to implement all web site migrations as quickly as possible. However, we do not have a set time frame for website migrations. There are certain things that you need to take into account – the sheer size of your website and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We always strive to carry out each migration within 48 hours. With smaller web sites, our staff usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: Yeah. We will need to have the name of the website that you’d like us to move. We’ll also need a way to access your current hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your site.

A: User privacy is one of our chief priorities – that’s why, both our payment transaction page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–grade SSLs. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial operations to protect the details that we collect on the World Wide Web. And we have a detailed and rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies the types of information that we collect.

A: While we transfer your website, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. Once the transfer is finished, we’ll make sure that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your data is not jeopardized before notifying you that the transfer is finished. After that, we’ll instruct you how to transfer the domain over to your hosting account with us and how to modify the DNS settings.

A: While we transfer your website content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–based web hosting platform on condition that we can gain access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only sites that we’re unable to migrate are the ones based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
